What is a desk?

A desk is a connected identity. Each one has its own mailbox, Social, voice and phone. Trained on you, sent as the operator you assign.

Why does it feel like three desks, when the platform comes with two?

Verspa's desk is the AI operator that runs alongside your floor. Always free, never counted toward your desk allocation. The two desks included with the platform are yours to allocate however you like: AI, hybrid, or human. Each additional desk is £99 a month, in the same shape, with no platform uplift, and adds another 15,000 credits to your monthly allowance on top of the 40,000 the platform includes.

What happens when credits run out?

Your plan includes 40,000 action credits a month, and they reset each month. If your generated work needs more standing headroom, add a desk: each desk beyond the first two adds 15,000 credits to the monthly allowance.

The prepaid consumption balance, which covers voice, dialler, meetings, enrichment and visitor intelligence, is topped up with packs. A workspace starts with none, so you buy packs when a voice-led or data-heavy motion needs them. Packs don't expire within 90 days.

Can I add more desks?

Yes. Additional desks are £99 a month, regardless of mode. Same workspace, same operator.

Is the pilot free?

No. The pilot is a paid 90-day POC. If you convert to annual, the pilot fee lands as credit toward your first year.

Is my data used to train Verspa?

Your data trains your desks, so they sound and act like you. Aggregated, de-identified analytics may improve our models across customers. We do not sell customer-specific datasets to third parties.
