Usually because a tour stops being enough. Navattic is excellent at recorded demos, and its agent is quick to start. But a clone shows what was captured on the day it was captured. When a buyer asks about the part of the product that matters to them, the answer is only as good as the recording.
The AI buyer aware demo works the other way round. It runs in your real product, so the buyer sees the version that ships today, and the conversation follows their questions rather than a captured path.
AI buyer aware demo vs interactive demosCredit where it is due. Navattic holds a 4.8 rating from more than 1,095 reviews on G2, is SOC 2 Type 2 with a live trust centre, and publishes prices for every plan except Agents. Its agent starts in seconds from its homepage with no form, which is a standard every vendor in this space should meet. If what you need is a large library of product tours across your website, ads and sales follow up, it is a strong choice.

The agent started in about five seconds with no form, and offered three topics.
It showed slides and a captured Navattic screen with a moving cursor, labelled “Sample app marketing demo”.
Asked “Can the agent click through my real product live, or is it a recorded capture?”, it explained how a product is captured with the Chrome extension, then asked whether that fitted our team.
Asked about agent pricing, it replied “Good question, let me check on that.” Nothing followed in the next 24 seconds.
Fair to say: it is fast, it is ungated, and it does what Navattic says it does. It shows a clone.
Ask Verspa the same question and it answers in one line, then shows you: the deck, then the live product, in one conversation.
Navattic's Base plan starts at $500 a month billed annually, and Growth at $1,200. Agents are priced on the number of conversations and agents, and include the Base plan; Navattic does not publish the figure.
Verspa is $1,330 a month per workspace, with 40,000 credits that run every AI buyer aware demo, web chat and follow up. Each desk is $265 a month, the first two included, and every rate is on the pricing page.
